Our Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).

Important: Returns must be approved by us before being shipped back. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Shipping & Costs

Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with specific shipping instructions.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

International Orders: Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are non-refundable by Yulka Boutique.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at store@yulka.store.

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Note: We cannot accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow provided care instructions.
